Lovely 3 room, 1.5 bath Savannah cottage in Thunderbolt. Want an affordable option to the pricier homes downtown with free driveway parking, a large private backyard with a screened porch overlooking live oaks, & an outdoor shower for beach days? This house is for you! Map of free downtown parking provided! 3 pet limit & pet fee The space I know you have many wonderful options & reading through a listing is time consuming, but no house is perfect, so I've put together an honest list of important items to know about the home, so that you book the right place for you & have the best trip that you likely worked really hard to pay for. I really appreciate when hosts show a lot of photos and give a clear description of the home, so that's why this is so long: - Special winter info: the outdoor shower is off from December to early March because both the pipes and shower head have and will burst due to overnight freezing temperatures. Sorry! - Backyard is fully fenced with 6 ft privacy fence except for one 4 ft gate. - Heads up: everywhere on Tybee parking is $4/hr or $25 for a day pass and fills up fast in the summer. You may want to stay in Tybee if the beach is your primary interest. - Weather: mid-June to end of August are our hottest months. Heat index routinely over 100. Best weather and lowest crowds: mid-September - December, February-first week of May. - Booking guest must be 21 years old
